Robert Schwartz is the Associate Vice President for Facilities, Conference and Events and Food Services at Seattle University. He is responsible for leading over 300 staff, student, and contract service personnel in real estate planning and development, capital projects, design, construction, sustainability, operations & maintenance, building and grounds services, conference and event services, and food services. Seattle University’s campus is approximately 2.2 million square feet on 54 acres. Prior to joining Seattle University, Robert was a Senior Manager for M.A. Mortenson Company, a construction and real estate development company in Seattle. Rob is a registered civil engineer in the state of Washington and is LEED AP certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
