De’Von Williams is an Executive Director of Solutions Development in JLL’s Education and Public Institution Practice. In his current role based out of Washington DC, De’Von leads teams in development of complex, multi-functional solutions for Education and Public Sector Clients. His experience primarily includes operation, long-term business strategy, and staff & organization development. As a certified Project Management Professional, De’Von has a plethora of experience in project management and client service, having regularly interfaced with CRE senior management and C-Suite executives. As an Executive Director continues to partner with JLL clients to maximize value, transform businesses, and integrate JLL’s suite of services. Prior to joining JLL, De’Von held the role of Vice President of Operations at Cushman and Wakefield. De’Von was responsible for overseeing business strategy and operations for C&W Government Services’ national portfolio of Federal and Defense contracts.

During his career, De’Von provided leadership and management to hundreds of employees and subcontractors; he was responsible for managing the financial and operational performance of more than 6 million square feet of client facility space such as; the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. As a collateral duty, De’Von was responsible for building functional teams of employees and companies to pursue large contracts including Base Operations Support that can employ 50 to 500 employees. In this role, De’Von collaborated with key individuals to develop operational and financial strategies to successfully perform tasks as outlined by the client. His experience allows him to develop operational solutions that are both effective and cost conscious. These solutions require detailed operational planning and execution, for which De’Von holds a high level of competency.
