Recognized team builder leading by serving with care and balance of emotional intelligence and positive attitude, motivated to continue learning and further enhance professional skill set to spearhead organizational change and improvements on a system level of an institution or enterprise.Presently serving as the Assistant Vice President for Facilities at Queens College, City University of New York, CUNY. This cabinet level function which reports to the President, leads and supports the core facilities teams, including Buildings & Grounds, Campus Planning, Design and Construction, Environmental Health & Safety, Facilities Grants office and Sustainability and Energy Management program.Position responsibilities include all functions of facilities management operations, providing for facilities planning and budgeting, space administration, construction management, facilities maintenance, repair and renovations, physical plant management, architectural and engineering services, campus energy management strategy, sustainability efforts and external and university partnerships in facilities operations areas and in service of institutional and university goals.A committed life-long learner with undergraduate degree in political science and graduate degree in public administration obtained at Baruch College, CUNY.Presently a doctoral student in Higher Education Leadership and Organization Change, and member of the inaugural cohort of students at Empire State College, State University of New York, SUNY.
